Company Update

Rungta Irrigation Limited has announced a board meeting on May 9, 2025, where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported total revenue of ₹22,135.49 lakhs and a profit after tax of ₹622.38 lakhs for the year.

Audit by Mamraj & Co. gave an unmodified opinion.

Mr. Subhash Kataria was appointed as Internal Auditor and M/s S. Shekhar & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. The company entered an unsecured loan agreement for ₹20 Cr with related party Gladiolus Finance Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to support working capital needs.
