Alufluoride Ltd. has announced the completion of the disinvestment process of its step-down subsidiary, Jordanian Renewable Aluminium Fluoride Manufacturing Company P.S.C, based in Jordan.

The sale consideration of USD 1.41 million has been received by its Singapore-based subsidiary, Alufluoride International Pte.

Ltd. The buyer, Jordan India Fertilizer Company LLC, is not related to the promoter group.

This exit marks a strategic move to streamline Alufluoride’s operations by divesting a non-operational unit, potentially allowing the company to focus resources on core business areas.
