Company Update

Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited has announced a board meeting outcome appointing M/s Tushar Sharma & Co as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26. Additionally, Mr. Jagdish Kumawat has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer for FY 2025-26, succeeding the previous CFO.

Mr. Kumawat holds a graduation degree with fundamental knowledge in finance and accounts and is independent of the company’s board.

The internal audit and CFO appointments are intended to strengthen the company’s financial oversight and management.
