Bansisons Tea Industries has announced a board meeting outcome noting the resignation of M/s. A A A M & CO LLP as Statutory Auditor, citing reasons stated in their resignation letter.

The Board appointed M/s. D.G.M.S & Co. as the new Statutory Auditor to fill the casual vacancy, effective immediately, until the next annual general meeting.

The new auditor brings over 10 years of experience in auditing, assurance, valuation, and financial analysis, which should support the company’s compliance and operational efficiency going forward.
