Morepen Laboratories has announced a final dividend of Rs. 0.20 per share (face value Rs. 2) for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.

Note that around 50.63 lakh shares held by fixed deposit holders won’t receive this dividend.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs. 118.02 Cr with a basic EPS of Rs. 2.20, reflecting steady performance.

This dividend payout offers shareholders a modest cash return on their investment.
