Raymond Lifestyle has announced a board meeting to approve a new ESOP scheme, RLL ESOP 2025, issuing 13.44 lakh stock options at an exercise price of Rs. 1,040.69. The options will vest over five years, tied to time and performance goals including revenue and EBITDA.

The ESOP Trust may acquire shares through fresh issuance or secondary market purchases.

Shareholder approval will be required.

This move aligns employee incentives with company growth post-demerger.
