Aarti Surfactants has announced a final dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10%) for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.

The company posted a standalone net profit of Rs. 15 Cr and consolidated net profit of Rs. 14.54 Cr, with revenue rising to Rs. 659 Cr.

Upgraded credit ratings and insurance proceeds from a fire incident add positive momentum.

Shareholders can expect the dividend payout after the AGM.
