Diensten Tech Ltd. has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company is acquiring Ushta Te Consultancy Services LLP, which generated Rs. 20.89 Cr revenue in FY25. This move strengthens Diensten Tech’s foothold in outsourced managed services, contingent staffing, payroll, and offshore staffing, expanding its workforce solutions across tech and non-tech sectors globally.
