Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltd. has announced a board meeting on 13th May 2025 where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported revenue from operations at Rs. 87.57 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 359.04 lakh for the year.

It posted a small profit of Rs. 2.43 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 8.16 lakh for the year, reversing previous losses.

Operating expenses remained controlled, while cash and cash equivalents increased significantly to Rs. 24.89 lakh.

The statutory auditor, HB Kalaria & Associates, issued an unmodified opinion, confirming the results fairly represent the company’s financial position.

This reflects modest recovery and ongoing cautious financial management.
