Containe Technologies has announced a board meeting on an increase in its authorised share capital from Rs. 10 Cr to Rs. 20 Cr, doubling the number of equity shares from 1 crore to 2 crore of Rs. 10 each.

This change will also involve amending the Memorandum of Association, subject to shareholder approval.
