AMJ Land Holdings Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Standalone revenue surged to Rs. 22.23 Cr from Rs. 12.13 Cr, with PBT nearly doubling to Rs. 20.54 Cr.

Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 77.65 Cr from Rs. 56.46 Cr, and PBT more than doubled to Rs. 32.26 Cr.

A dividend of Re.

0.20 per share (face value Rs. 2) is proposed.

The company also appointed M/s. Parikh & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
