Adarsh Mercantile Ltd has announced the successful passing of multiple special resolutions via postal ballot (remote e-voting). Key approvals include the appointments of Ajay Jaiswal as Managing Director, Vishal Jaiswal as Additional Whole-Time Director, Ashok Jaiswal as Non-Executive Chairperson, and the addition of three Independent Directors including a woman director.

Other resolutions include alteration of the Memorandum of Association, change of company name, increase in borrowing limits, authority to create charges on assets for borrowings, higher limits for investments/loans, and shifting the registered office from West Bengal to Madhya Pradesh.

All resolutions passed with overwhelming shareholder support.
