Blue Pebble has announced a board meeting on the approval of audited financial results for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2025, with a clean auditor’s opinion.

The board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.50/share (5%) for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval.

DNG & Associates and Mr. Chetan Rane have been appointed as Secretarial and Internal Auditors respectively for FY 2025-26. No new operational or business updates were disclosed.
