DMCC Speciality Chemicals Ltd has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs. 21.53 Cr and standalone net profit of Rs. 21.51 Cr for FY25, reflecting growth despite raw material and finance cost pressures.

Effective cost control and operational efficiencies helped sustain profit gains.

The board proposed a final dividend of 25%. No exceptional items impacted the results.
