Hindustan Unilever is spinning off its Ice Cream Business into a new company, Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited, to sharpen focus and unlock value in that segment.

Kwality Wall’s will operate independently, taking over related assets and liabilities.

Shareholders will receive shares in this standalone entity, which is planned for separate listing.

This move offers investors direct exposure to the fast-growing ice cream market through a dedicated listed company.
