Company Update

Tavernier Resources Limited has announced a board meeting approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported net sales of Rs. 25.95 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 142.31 lakh for the year, delivering a profit of Rs. 21.53 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 266.35 lakh for the year.

The Board also accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. Parekh Sharma & Associates, due to their preoccupation with other assignments.

The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financials, reflecting clean audit status.
