Vikas Lifecare has announced a board meeting to discuss key updates.

The company accepted the resignation of Whole Time Director Parag Dadeech and restructured its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees with Richa Sharma appointed Chairperson for all three.

The registered office was relocated within Delhi from East Punjabi Bagh to Punjabi Bagh West.

No financial impact was disclosed.
