Aris International Limited has announced a shift of its registered office within Mumbai from INS Tower, Bandra Kurla Complex to WeWork Enam Sambhav, Bandra-Kurla Complex.

Additionally, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Pravin Chandraprakash Chauhan, and Managing Director, Nitin Kumar Bhalotia, have resigned with immediate effect.

Bhalotia will also cease to be a member of the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees.

These leadership changes may impact the company’s management and strategic direction going forward.
