Nilkamal Limited has announced a board meeting on May 14, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Rs. 20 per equity share (Rs. 10 face value) for FY25 is declared, payable after the AGM.

The Register of Members will be closed from July 12 to July 18, 2025; shareholders on record as of July 11, 2025, qualify for the dividend.
