Record Date

Dollar Industries has announced a board meeting on 14 May 2025 approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025. A final dividend of 150% (₹3 per share on ₹2 paid-up value) is proposed, with the record date for dividend eligibility set for 18 July 2025. The board also proposed appointing Ms. Shalini Jain as Independent Director and reappointing Mr. Gopalakrishnan Sarankapani as Whole-time Director, both pending shareholder approval.
