BLS E-Services reported consolidated revenue rising sharply to Rs. 239.21 Cr in Q4, boosted by the Aadifidelis Solutions acquisition.

Consolidated net profit increased to Rs. 17.31 Cr from Rs. 10.91 Cr.

Standalone revenue stood at Rs. 15.69 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 2.16 Cr.

A final dividend of Rs. 1 per share was proposed.

The company announced a board meeting to approve the financial results and saw senior management changes with a new Company Secretary and internal auditors for FY26.
