Apollo Sindoori Hotels has announced a final dividend of ₹2 per share (face value ₹5) for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval.

The company is also exploring international business opportunities through subsidiaries.

Additionally, Ms. Nadakuditi Achutha Madhavi has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately.
