Record Date

Neuland Laboratories has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year, proposing a final dividend of Rs. 12 per share for FY 2024-25. The record date for dividend entitlement is July 18, 2025. The 41st AGM is scheduled for July 30, 2025. Shareholders will also vote on the re-appointment of Mr. Davuluri Saharsh Rao as Vice Chairman & Managing Director for five years starting June 1, 2025.
