Glance Finance Ltd has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditors issuing an unmodified opinion.

The company reported total income of ₹250.29 lakh for the quarter and ₹2,584.59 lakh for the year, with net profit after tax of ₹1.24 lakh for the quarter and ₹231.53 lakh for the year.

Key expenses included finance costs and purchase of traded goods.

The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Narendra Laxman Arora as Whole-time Director for three years from July 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.

M/s. M. R. Sharma & Co. was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and Mr. Shiv Hari Jalan & Co. was appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.

Total assets stood at ₹5,321.22 lakh with equity of ₹4,471.17 lakh.

Operating cash flows remained healthy at ₹1,188.28 lakh, supported by operating profit before working capital changes of over ₹1,067 lakh.
