Parmeshwar Metal Limited has announced a board meeting on 15th May 2025, where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025, along with a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per share, subject to shareholder approval.

The company appointed M/s. Alpesh Vekariya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, M/s. R N C A & Associates as Internal Auditor, and M/s. Borad Sanjay B & Associates as Cost Auditor, all for FY 2025-26. There was no deviation in the utilization of public issue proceeds, with funds largely allocated towards working capital, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.
