Parmeshwar Metal Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March, 2025, with the auditors providing an unqualified opinion.

The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval.

It appointed M/s. Alpesh Vekariya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, M/s. R N C A & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and M/s. Borad Sanjay B & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. There was no deviation in the utilization of funds raised through the public issue.
