BASF India has announced a board meeting on July 30, 2025, to set the record date for identifying shareholders eligible for the proposed dividend.

If approved at the AGM, dividend payouts will start on or after August 16, 2025. Shareholders must hold shares by the record date to qualify for the dividend.
