Company Update

Bhilwara Technical Textiles has announced a board meeting on 16th May 2025, during which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025, along with the auditors’ report, which issued an unmodified opinion.

The company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹150.91 lakh for the quarter and ₹819.50 lakh for the year, with a profit before tax of ₹1.01 lakh and ₹137.09 lakh respectively.

Consolidated revenue stood at the same levels, with a profit before tax of ₹212.40 lakh for the quarter and ₹779.74 lakh for the year, including share of associate profits.

The company appointed Manisha Gupta & Associates as its new Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
