Lakshya Powertech has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

FY25 revenue rose 6.24% YoY to ₹160.10 Cr, with PAT up 8.22% to ₹15.80 Cr.

Net worth jumped 196% YoY to ₹95.31 Cr, supported by expansions in renewables and digital solutions, better efficiency, and stronger client ties.

The order book remains strong at ₹557.35 Cr, with ₹276.10 Cr pending execution.

The company is pursuing new EPCC and O&M projects, including data center infrastructure, aiming to strengthen its position in energy and tech sectors.
