DMCC Speciality Chemicals has announced a board meeting and signed a Power Purchase Agreement with AMPYR Renewable Energy Resources Twelve B Pvt Ltd to source solar power for captive use, aiming to reduce power costs through renewable energy.

The shareholding and consideration details await finalization under a pending Shareholders’ Agreement.

AMPYR, a green energy firm established in 2023, is independent of DMCC’s promoter group, ensuring an arm’s length deal.

This strategic move supports DMCC’s sustainable energy transition and cost efficiency.
