Shankara Building Products has announced a board meeting on May 19, 2025. Steel volumes surged 33% YoY in Q4 to 2.58 lakh tonnes, with full-year volumes surpassing 8.43 lakh tonnes, beating targets by 5%. Non-steel segments, including CP & sanitaryware and PVC pipes, grew 20% in Q4 and 26% annually.

Despite weaker steel prices, the company aims for over 1 million tonnes steel volume in FY26. Progress on the marketplace demerger is expected to unlock additional value.
