Profit before tax rose to Rs. 4.06 Cr from Rs. 3.3 Cr year-on-year.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 27.19 Cr, with total expenses at Rs. 23.16 Cr.

The company re-appointed auditors for FY2025-26 and reports strong internal financial controls with no defaults or outstanding dues.
