Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs.14.00 per share (700%), pending shareholder approval at the 41st AGM on September 9, 2025. Shareholders eligible for the dividend must hold shares by the record date, September 2, 2025, with payment expected by October 8, 2025.
