Tera Software has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company dissolved its Borrowing Committee and formed a new Management Committee.

It plans to acquire the remaining 26% stake in TS Innovations Private Limited, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary focused on supporting new BSNL projects.

New internal and secretarial auditors have been appointed to strengthen governance.
