The consolidated revenue stood at ₹4,518.82 Cr for the quarter and ₹18,298 Cr for the year, delivering a net profit of ₹584.78 Cr for the quarter and ₹2,199.36 Cr for the year.

Debt-equity ratios were moderate with standalone at 1.71x and consolidated at 0.20x. The company reported exceptional items impacting profits for the quarter and year.
