Divi's Laboratories has announced a final dividend of ₹30 per share (1500%), subject to shareholder approval.

Shareholders recorded by the cut-off will receive the payout after the AGM.

Strong profitability supports this payout, with consolidated PAT at ₹2,191 Cr and standalone PAT at ₹2,209 Cr for the year.

Commercial operations have begun at the new Unit III facility near Kakinada, enhancing future growth prospects.
