Global Education Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported standalone total income from operations of Rs. 19.71 crore for the quarter, with a net profit after tax of Rs. 4.45 crore.

Consolidated total income stood at Rs. 19.20 crore, with net profit after tax of Rs. 28.09 crore.

Earnings per share on a standalone basis were Rs. 0.87, and Rs. 5.54 on a consolidated basis.

The board has proposed a final dividend of 25% pending shareholder approval.

The results were audited with an unmodified opinion.
