Ecoboard Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 2025. The company’s audited financial results show total income from operations at ₹1,078.04 lakh for the quarter and ₹12,711.78 lakh for the year.

It reported a net loss after tax of ₹6.16 lakh for the quarter and ₹21.51 lakh for the year.

The loss includes an exceptional item related to termination of a subsidiary.

EPS stands negative at ₹(3.46) for the quarter and ₹(4.63) for the year.

The audited results carry an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditor.
