Megh Mayur Infra Limited has announced a board meeting that approved a Share Purchase Agreement between promoters Mitul Jagdish Shah and Rajendra Suganchand Shah.

Under this agreement, 21.29 lakh equity shares (33.80%) held by Mitul Jagdish Shah will be transferred to Rajendra Suganchand Shah.

This share transfer alters the promoter holding structure, potentially impacting control and strategic decisions within the company.
