Marsons has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company has secured a significant order worth Rs 52.35 Cr (including GST) from Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited for supplying 56 units of 33/11 KV, 10 MVA power transformers.

The order is to be executed within 6-8 months and marks a key contract from a government utility, reflecting strong business demand and potential revenue visibility for Marsons.
