Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company’s audited total income from operations was Rs. 708.55 lakhs in the quarter and Rs. 2,666.70 lakhs for the year.

Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 197.56 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 610.76 lakhs for the year.

The company reported a net worth of Rs. 3122.48 lakhs and a debt-equity ratio of 0.88 as of the year-end.

Security interests were disclosed due to loan defaults, with notices issued to borrowers for repayment and possession of mortgaged properties initiated against defaulters.
