Dodla Dairy has announced a board meeting on 19 May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company declared a final dividend of Rs. 2/share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Dodla Sunil Reddy is up for re-appointment as Managing Director for five years from April 2026, pending shareholder nod.

New auditor appointments for FY26 include MNM & Associates (Secretarial), J K & Co (Cost), and KPMG Assurance (Internal). The 30th AGM will be held via video conferencing.
