Dodla Dairy has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

It proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Dodla Sunil Reddy is set for re-appointment as Managing Director for five years from April 2026. New appointments include M/s. MNM & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, M/s. J K & Co as Cost Auditors, and M/s. KPMG Assurance and Consulting LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. The 30th AGM will be held via video conferencing.
