Shivamshree Businesses Limited has announced a board meeting on May 6, 2025, where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a net loss of ₹95.88 lakh, with total income at ₹413.73 lakh and total expenses at ₹509.71 lakh.

The business has added a new segment—manufacturing industrial bags—alongside its existing trading in solar power systems.

The Board also approved a preferential allotment of 3 crore equity shares at ₹1.50 each, raising ₹4.5 crore.

Audit qualification remains due to non-availability of confirmations for trade receivables/payables, but management expects these balances to be realizable.
