STEL Holdings has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Consolidated revenue stood at ₹13.44 Cr with net profit of ₹9.98 Cr for the quarter; annual revenue was ₹21.91 Cr and net profit ₹15.87 Cr.

Investments increased to ₹1,884 Cr from ₹1,567 Cr year-on-year.

Operating cash flow improved sharply to ₹43.18 Cr.

The company appointed M/s. SEP & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26. No major operational changes reported.
