Board Meeting

Laddu Gopal Online Services Limited has announced a board meeting on 28th May to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025, including the audited balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, and equity statements.

The board will also consider shifting the corporate office to a new address in Shakti Nagar, North Delhi, and appoint Vishakha Agrawal & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25. The company’s trading window has been closed since 1st April 2025.
