Cranex Limited has announced a board meeting on 20th May, 2025, approving the appointment of Mr. Avinash Prabhat as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Prabhat, a 29-year-old Company Secretary with over five years of experience in corporate laws, brings expertise in Companies Act and SEBI regulations.

He is not related to any existing board members and complies with all independence criteria.
