Cranex Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the reconstitution of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The revised committee now comprises three non-executive independent directors: Ms. Shilpy Chopra as chairperson, Ms. Priyanka Pathak, and Mr. Avinash Prabhat, who is also an additional director.

This change strengthens the committee's independent oversight on director appointments and remuneration policies, reinforcing governance standards important to shareholders.
