Classic Electricals Limited has announced a board meeting where it approved the appointment of Ms. Dhanraj Kothari of M/s. D. Kothari and Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval.

Ms. Kothari will also act as the Scrutinizer for the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting.
