Ritco Logistics has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Q4 standalone revenues rose 37% YoY to Rs. 344.31 Cr, EBITDA increased 36% to Rs. 27.66 Cr, and PAT jumped 47% to Rs. 13.45 Cr.

The company secured a Rs. 45 Cr contract with NTPC and major steel firms, expanding its multimodal logistics through partnerships with Indian Railways and CONCOR.
